It is in the early years that the psychological and emotional foundation is formed. If a child’s experiences are largely positive, they will more likely be secure and more emotionally well. Likewise if their experiences are largely negative, emotional and psychological cracks will begin to form.

As such it is here that children are sensitive to those around them and how they perceive their environments and experiences. It is in the early years that the emotional intelligence and resilience can also be formed and cemented into a child’s development.

What We Do

The sporting environment provides a wealth of opportunity to reinforce positive experiences and learn and develop from challenges. We will work closely with you and you team to devise the specific training, active sessions or workshops for the children/youth involved, to gain the most from these experiences.

With a combination of theory and active learning we can begin to educate and raise the awareness of their own internal competencies and areas of development. And in turn make the vital connections to everyday life.
